Abstract

Introduction: A right-sided aortic arch is a rare congenital defect of the aorta. It is seen in approximately 0.1% of population. It is of 3 subtypes some of which are associated with cyanotic congenital heart diasease and some are associated with esophageal and tracheal compression and vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Here we present a case of right sided aortic arch with abberant left subclavian artery originating from kommerell’s diverticulum.
