Introduction: Chronic neutrophilic leukemia (CNL) is a rare BCR/ABL negative myeloproliferative disease characterized by persistent mature neutrophilia, raised serum vitamin B12, raised neutrophil alkaline phosphatase (NAP), hepatosplenomegaly, and raised serum uric acid.
