10. Advertising Policy

PIMR accepts limited advertising in its print issues from pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and healthcare organisations. The following conditions apply to all advertising:

  • Advertising decisions are made by the Publisher and have no bearing on editorial decisions about manuscripts.
  • Advertisements are clearly and visually distinguished from editorial content in all print and online formats and are labelled as advertisements.
  • PIMR does not accept advertising for products or services that have not received regulatory approval in India, or that make claims inconsistent with their approved indications.
  • Advertising for tobacco, alcohol, recreational drugs, or any product harmful to health will not be accepted.
  • The editorial office has no involvement in advertising sales or in decisions about which advertisements to accept.

PIMR does not accept paid promotional articles, sponsored content, or advertorials. All published content reflects the independent editorial process. If any changes to the journal's advertising policy occur, they will be announced publicly.
